Tomorrow will be my boy’s 5th birthday. My original plan was to bake him a cheese sponge cake to celebrate on Sunday, but it didn’t turn out nicely. :( Sponge cake is a bit tricky! Therefore the idea of letting him decorate the cake with colourful M&M’s on whipping-top had to be scrapped. We just had the cake as is, during tea time.
Tomorrow evening I will buy a simple cake after work so that he can blow the candles after our dinner. As for birthday present, I’ve bought him trolley bag weeks ago. He will like it since he was always pulling his school friends’ bag, according to his teacher at school.
