This post is obviously long overdue... heh!
So we took the kids to watch Disney on Ice last Saturday. We watched the 4:30pm show. I will not be posting photos here since Michelle has posted some fantastic shots on her site. None of my shots can ever measure up to that.
We had four tickets redeemed from some reward points. Since children under 3 years old do not require tickets, I brought my dad along. My boy and girl thoroughly enjoyed the show, although girl was restless for a while after intermission. In fact we adults enjoyed the show very much too. For me it was like childhood fantasy dream come true :P I've also tasted the most expensive popcorn ever in my life!!
Before the show started, my boy actually fretted because he didn't like any sound that comes from the speaker or microphone (the phobia came about after a bad experience of attending a wedding with karaoke and sitting near the loud speaker). But I convinced him that it'll not be too loud and the announcement is just the same as in Disney channel. When the show came on, he totally forgot about the loud sound.
Girl sat comfortably on my lap throughout the show and even clapped. Both of them nodded their head when asked if they want to watch Disney on Ice again. I guess we'll be going again in future :)
