My hubs studied in UK for his tertiary education. So he is quite familiar with the country since his sister use to work there too. A lot of times he will talk about his experiences or life being a student back in UK, and off the places he went to. So naturally, after hearing all the stories about the places in UK, I would love to go there one day.
When I do a search on the places to visit in UK (I like to plan the itinery ahead :P), I find this site http://heritagecities.com provides a lot of information about the attractions of different cities in Britain. Particularly on heritage sites, arts and cultural attractions. I love to look at those majestic old castles and mansions, and imagine the grandeur during its heydays. There is always an old charm about these castles and mansions (I must have watched too much movies :P).
Other than the above, http://heritagecites.com also lists the top 10 places to visit, eating places, tours and even information on how to get there. It’s very easy to navigate in http://heritagecites.com. All the breathtaking pictures really make me wanna book a flight straight away and fly there.
On second thought, I think I’ll wait until AA starts flying to London at RM99.99. That, I can save a lot of money for eating, sightseeing and lodging heheh!
