Weekend dinner time we were eating out at a hawker center in Tanjung Tokong. The children had their dinner at home already. Girl was very restless and tried to climb out from the high-chair througout dinner; we could hardly have a peaceful meal. The father scolded her for being naughty.
Father: *scold scold scold* Afterwards you will get the cane when we're back home!
Daughter: Waaaaa..... *crying out loud*
Son: You don't beat my Jean ah! See!! You made her cry already!!

Hahaha the father being ticked off by the son! It's very seldom of him to be protective of his sister, because most times they'll be fighting over toys or trying to get one another punished by us. Yet when he did that, I thought it was sweet of him... and simply amusing.
